The Agency is committed to complying with Law No. 29733 – Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law. By using our services, the Client accepts the practices described in this Policy.

Qoyawarkuna Travel collects the following information for the management of bookings and tourism services:
- Identification Data: Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, number, and copy of passport or National Identity Document (DNI).
- Contact Data: Email address, phone number, residential address.
- Booking and Travel Data: Travel dates, flight information, accommodation details, dietary preferences, relevant medical conditions (allergies or chronic illnesses), and travel insurance information.
- Financial Data: Payment information (although processed through secure third-party platforms, we do not store full credit card numbers).
3. Purpose of Data Processing
The personal data collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Booking Management: To process, confirm, and manage the contracted tourism services (tours, hotels, train tickets, entrance tickets to sites like Machu Picchu, and trekking permits).
- Communication: To contact the Client to coordinate travel details, notify them of changes, offers, and resolve inquiries.
- Legal Compliance: To transfer information required by Peruvian authorities (e.g., INC for Inca Trail permits) or by our suppliers (hotels and airlines) for the proper provision of services.
- Marketing (Optional Consent): To send newsletters or promotions about our products and services, provided the Client has granted explicit consent.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
The Client authorizes Qoyawarkuna Travel to transfer their personal information to third parties exclusively for the execution of the contracted services. These third parties include:
- Local service providers (hotels, ground transportation companies, airlines, train operators).
- Competent authorities (e.g., Peruvian Ministry of Culture).
- Payment platforms for transaction verification.
The Agency ensures that these third parties will only have access to the minimum information necessary to fulfill their function and are subject to confidentiality agreements.
5. Security and Storage
Qoyawarkuna Travel is committed to protecting the personal data of its Clients by implementing technical, organizational, and legal security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or undue disclosure of the information. The information is stored on secure servers for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the described purposes and legal obligations.
6. ARCO Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Peruvian legislation, the Client, as the data subject, has the right to exercise their ARCO rights:
- Access: To obtain information about their personal data.
- Rectification: To request the correction of their data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
- Cancellation: To request the deletion of their data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Opposition: To object to the processing of their data for legitimate and well-founded reasons.
To exercise any of these rights, the Client must send a formal request to The Agency’s contact email address.
7. Links to Third Parties
Our website may contain links to other sites of interest (e.g., airlines, tour guides). This Privacy Policy does not cover the data collection by these third-party sites. Qoyawarkuna Travel is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.
