The tour begins in the morning (approximately 8:00 a.m.) with pickup from your hotel in Cusco. We embark on a scenic drive of about one hour through the Sacred Valley to the town of Pisac. Our first visit is the Pisac Archaeological Park, located at the top of the mountain. We access it by vehicle to minimize effort and maximize the experience. Once there, your expert guide leads you through the key points, including the extensive agricultural terraces, the urban area, and, most importantly, the ceremonial zone with the Intihuatana (sun dial). The panoramic view of the Sacred Valley from the top is simply stunning. After the historical immersion, we descend to the picturesque Pisac Town, famous for its Artisan Market. Here, you will have free time to explore the colorful stalls, interact with local artisans, and look for unique pieces of silverwork, alpaca textiles, and ceramics, which are the specialties of the area. Market days (especially Sundays) offer a particularly lively and authentic glimpse into Andean life and commercial exchange. Following the visit to the town, we board our transportation back to Cusco. The tour concludes in the early afternoon, allowing you to continue with other activities in the city.
